Freebie: Printable Correspondent Cards

If you need help keeping track of your correspondence,
you may be interested in printing out
FREE copies of these 4x6 index cards:

Free Printable Correspondent Card for tracking Correspondence

Inspired by a letter I received from Patty Davidson,
I designed a Word document that allows you to
print out 2 of these index cards
per one 8.5x11 sheet of white cardstock.

The top lines are for the
correspondent's name and address.
The chart is an easy way to track whether
a letter was sent or received, the date,
and any special details about the letter.
You could use the Notes section for recording
information such as the person's birthday, email, blog, etc.

Click here if you would like to print
your own copies of these Correspondent Cards.
They are free and there's nothing to download,
simply click on the word "Print"
located in the upper left hand corner.

Good idea. You're on to something there. I'm currently trying to figure out a good system to keep track on postcard trades.
